Aleks Zoric is the founder and Director of Place Design Management and has over 21 years of success overseeing and delivering large scale and complex projects within a diverse property and project portfolio. Aleks believes that being a team player is an essential ingredient to her professional success. Her experience includes retail mall design & planning, project delivery, mixed use projects, retail tenancy design management, tenancy co-ordination and retail tenancy design. She approaches every project with freshness and vitality, and bring all of her skills to the table every time.
Place Design Management was founded by Aleks in response to the growing demand for passionate retail and place design specialists that have a holistic approach to design. Aleks' work often includes biophilic design principles and public art to resonate with the end user.
Prior to founding Place Design Management, Aleks worked at Walker Corporation and at Mirvac (as both the National RDM & National Placemaking & Design Manager) developing experience across a range of property projects and sectors. Projects worked on have included development projects, operating retail centres, general place making and retail tenancies.
Place Design Management clients include Lendlease, ISPT, Shopping Centres Australia, Fortius, 151 Property, Ashe Morgan, and MA Financial Group.
When Associate at IGNITE Architects, her clients for tenancy retail design management included ISPT, Centro, Walker Corporation, Dexus, Perron Group, Mirvac, Goodwin Kenyon, Jen Retail & Abacus.
